All the machines' parts have pasted the quality control system before, during and after manu facturing.

AFTER-SALE SERVICE

Guaranty parts: Some Guaranty parts will be sent together with the offical shipment. The list will be attached.

Warranty Period: All our new TrusTMIG IGBT based inverter units (welders, plasma cutters and multi-process units) shall be warrantied to the original owner against breakage, malfunction or failure resulting from manufacture defect for a period of 14months from the date of shipment.

Service On Line: For emergency demand, we will provide Video technical support or online support.

Training in factory: If necessary, we can train technical service man of customers for 1-2 weeks in our China factory. The cost in China is borne by us
